- For stuffing In a pan add oil,onion,ginger,garlic,chillies,grated coriander,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and dhanajeera add aamchur Saute well Once it cools make a paste in mixer Add all the masalas (red chilli powder turmeric powder and dhanajeera.) Add some aamchur powder too
- For gravy In a pan saute onions tomatoes ginger garlic chillies. Add all masalas Inc salt Saute On cooling make a paste by adding little water
- Method Stuff the pointed gourd with the stuffing carefully In a pan add cumin seeds and asofoetida Add the gravy Add 1 cup water Let it simmer well Now add the stuffed pointed gourd Let it cook on a medium flame till all masalas have blended well
- Remove in a serving plate Garnish with coriander Serve hot
